I edit and proof content across digital platforms, help with basic web updates and SEO, and make sure everything stays on-brand. I also write and edit for existing IPs, keeping tone and world-building consistent.

I handle everything from cocktail development to inventory and ordering, making sure the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. I lead staff training, roll out new menus, and focus on delivering a great guest experience that stays true to the brand.
